Titania N. Haynes is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., dedicating her practice to first-party property insurance defense litigation, including but not limited to insurance coverage disputes, pre and post-appraisal matters, and declaratory coverage actions.
As an insurance defense attorney for many years, Ms. Haynes independently and aggressively defended a full caseload of first-party property insurance coverage disputes throughout the State of Florida, where many of the claims involved windstorms, mold, and water losses. Before joining QPWB, she served as In-house Counsel for a prominent Florida property insurance company and held the position of Department Managing Attorney at a respected North Palm Beach law firm.
Ms. Haynes graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006. While at Nova, she volunteered over 70 hours of her time serving the residents of Broward County through Legal Aid's Pro Bono Honor Program and was also a Public Interest Summer Law Fellow. As a Florida Bright Futures Merit Scholar and a BRACE Golden Opportunity Scholar, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University in 2002.
Licensed to practice in Florida, Ms. Haynes is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
