Tammy L. Pasqualichio is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her practice is focused primarily on the defense of employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation claims and claims involving general liability.
Before joining QPWB, Ms. Pasqualichio practiced at a Sarasota-based firm where she focused exclusively on workers' compensation litigation. In that role, she represented a range of clients, including employers and insurers, gaining valuable experience managing cases from initial claim through resolution.
Ms. Pasqualichio received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 1998 with a major in political science. During law school, she was selected to join the National Order of Barristers and was a finalist in the Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition. As a member of the student bar association, she served as chair of the pro bono committee, co-chair of the election committee, and was named Student Bar Member of the Year.
Ms. Pasqualichio is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar. Her professional memberships also include the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Sarasota/Bradenton Claims Association. She served on the Board of the Sarasota/Bradenton Claims Association for five years, including two years as President.
As an approved instructor through the Florida Department of Financial Services - Education Section CE 3-24a for Adjuster Law and Policy courses, Ms. Pasqualichio frequently speaks and lectures on the topic of workers' compensation law for various accredited seminars throughout Florida.
