Trenton E. Gray is a partner in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Mr. Gray has over 10 years of experience representing businesses, Fortune 500 companies, retailers, banks, insureds and insurers, product manufacturers and distributors, railroads, construction and transportation companies, professional services and medical care specialties in a wide range of commercial and business litigation, general liability and insurance defense matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas. 

Mr. Gray's broad litigation experience includes defending commercial litigation matters on allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty including contract claims, and business torts, as well as business organization litigation, construction litigation, healthcare litigation, fraud and false claims, personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters, premises liability and negligent security, and in actions involving the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. He also represents health care systems, hospitals, physicians, allied health providers, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies, hospices, drug and medical device manufacturers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long term care facilities in both state court and federal court and represents parties before state and federal agencies, including the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. 

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Gray was a senior attorney with a Dallas law firm where he was a lead attorney prosecuting and defending commercial and construction litigation matters.  He honed his trial skills practicing as a criminal defense attorney representing hundreds of juvenile, misdemeanor and felony defendants as first-chair and second-chair trial attorney.  Mr. Gray also focused on personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, and regulatory compliance matters regarding Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. He has represented railroads and highway construction companies primarily in litigation.  He has also represented individuals in family-based immigration matters.  

Mr. Gray received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2011 and a Bachelor of Business Administration cum laude from Texas Tech University in May 2008, graduating with a major in Finance. While in law school, his article was published in the Coastal Law Review "Internet Dating Websites: A Refuge for Internet Fraud," 12 Fla. Coastal L. Rev. 389 (2011). 

Licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico, Mr. Gray also is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.  He is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
