Tyler Sanchez is an associate in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Sanchez concentrates his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, including both first- and third-party property claims, premises liability, bad faith disputes, and probate litigation.
Mr. Sanchez brings years of experience litigating high-volume, complex cases from pre-suit through trial. He has managed all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to expert coordination and mediation, demonstrating strong legal writing skills and courtroom proficiency. His practice includes drafting dispositive motions, attending hearings, and negotiating favorable resolutions for clients across Florida. Before joining QPWB, Mr. Sanchez served as an associate at several Miami-based law firms and as in-house counsel for a national insurance company. In these roles, he handled commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and probate matters.
In 2019, Mr. Sanchez earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Florida International University, where he graduated in 2014.
A South Florida native, Mr. Sanchez is fluent in Spanish and actively involved in the legal community through the Cuban American Bar Association and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
