Ulises Guinea is an associate in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., with more than 13 years of experience representing insurers, named insureds, and medical providers in civil litigation across Florida. His practice encompasses personal injury protection (PIP), first-party property claims, auto-glass litigation, bodily injury claims, and complex insurance disputes. He is skilled at handling a high-volume caseload, often exceeding 200 active matters, and consistently secures favorable results through a mix of legal strategy, negotiation, and litigation.
Mr. Guinea has a proven ability to develop tailored case strategies that reduce client exposure. He collaborates closely with claims professionals to assess liability and risk, and he has extensive experience evaluating medical records, diagnostic data, and incident documentation to support litigation plans. His courtroom experience includes drafting and arguing motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, managing discovery disputes, conducting and defending depositions, and representing clients in mediations.
