Vaibhav Ganesh is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Ganesh is a versatile litigator with a professional background spanning criminal defense, civil litigation, and corporate finance. He focuses his practice on general litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury defense, and financial services litigation.
Mr. Ganesh has a strong background in courtroom advocacy and meticulous case management. He is skilled in all phases of discovery and has conducted numerous direct and cross-examinations of witnesses during evidentiary proceedings. His representative experience includes serving as second-chair for felony trials, where he contributed to voir dire and discovery analysis, as well as handling complex landlord-tenant disputes and estate planning matters. He is adept at enforcing client rights and securing relief in both contested litigation and negotiated settlements.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Ganesh spent nearly a decade in corporate finance and capital markets. He served as a senior analyst for major international corporations, where he managed financial risks, analyzed bond offerings, and served as a liaison with rating agencies and global banks. This unique financial background provides him with a strategic advantage when evaluating complex damages, risk exposure, and economic impacts for his clients.
In 2023, Mr. Ganesh earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Negotiations Team. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University in 2014.
He is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
