Victoria B. Olson is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she specializes in advocating for employers, PEO's (Professional Employer Organizations), carriers, and third-party administrators in all areas of workers' compensation matters. She is well-versed in navigating the complexities of workers' compensation cases and works to resolve claims in a strategic and cost-effective manner.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Olson gained experience at an Atlanta law firm where she defended a broad spectrum of matters in the fields of ride-share/gig economy liability, trucking and transportation, premises liability, and negligent security. With her extensive litigation experience, Ms. Olson provides her clients with skilled representation to recognize challenges and always works to preserve her clients' interests and minimize exposure.
Ms. Olson has actively contributed to the legal community by training and mentoring summer associates, offering them invaluable guidance and support. Additionally, she hosted a podcast titled "How to Succeed as a Summer Associate," where she shared insights and expertise on what it takes for summer associates to thrive in their roles.
Ms. Olson earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2020 and her Bachelor of Arts from Georgia College and State University in 2015. In 2012, she further enriched her academic experience by studying abroad in Spain and served as a teaching assistant.
She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
