Victoria Freeman is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where her practice focuses on civil and general litigation. Ms. Freeman brings to the firm valuable courtroom experience shaped by her time as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In that role, she prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to third-degree felonies, while maintaining a demanding caseload with daily court appearances. She litigated over a dozen jury trials and developed case strategies in coordination with both state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Ms. Freeman's work at the State Attorney's Office also included researching and drafting motions and briefs addressing complex constitutional and procedural issues. She promoted public safety through a data-informed approach, seeking accountability while also supporting rehabilitation efforts for individuals in need of services.
Earning her Juris Doctor from Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Ms. Freeman graduated as a scholar while actively participating in student organizations, including serving as a 2L Representative for the NAACP and as a member of Phi Alpha Delta. In 2016, her academic foundation began at Florida State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and was involved with the Women in Pre-Law Society.
Ms. Freeman is licensed to practice law in Florida.
