Victoria Max is an associate in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She represents corporate clients across a range of matters, including contract breaches, trade secret claims, business torts, and shareholder disagreements.
Ms. Max has experience managing cases throughout all phases of litigation from discovery and motion practice to trial preparation and appellate briefing. She has drafted and argued dispositive motions in both state and federal courts, conducted extensive research on intricate procedural and substantive issues, and assisted in preparing key witnesses and experts for deposition and trial testimony.
Prior to joining the QPWB, she developed her litigation foundation through roles involving civil and appellate litigation, trial advocacy, and legal writing. Her experience includes clerkships at the appellate level and work with prosecutorial and legislative offices, giving her a comprehensive view of judicial process and governmental operations.
A proud graduate of the University of Miami, Ms. Max earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, where she held leadership roles as a Student Government Senator, President of the Girls of Outreach and Diversity, and a representative of the Federation of Cuban Students. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor in 2024 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.
Fluent in Spanish and an active member of her local legal and cultural communities, Ms. Max is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Bringing strategic insight and dedication to her practice, she is also a Chapman NextGen member and an avid marathon runner.
