Victoria Pineda is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her areas of expertise include personal injury litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, and automotive liability.
Ms. Pineda's practice is dedicated to personal injury law. Before becoming a part of the QPWB team, she was a valuable member of a personal injury practice working for plaintiffs. Her contributions included crafting mediation presentations, drafting and e-filing motions and settlement statements, managing financial disbursements to the firm, clients, and medical providers, and skillfully negotiating clients' medical bills with healthcare providers.
Ms. Pineda earned her Juris Doctor degree with magna cum laude distinction from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, FL, where she became a state champion with her mock trial team, winning the Best Final Round Advocate award at the Florida Justice Association Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Pineda completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science, focusing on psychology, from the University of Central Florida in 2018.
