Wan Erh Chen is an associate in the New Mexico Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Chen brings a multifaceted background in civil litigation and transactional matters, where she provides strategic counsel to clients navigating complex issues. Her approach to case management and her commitment to delivering solutions, balances both precision and business practicality.
Ms. Chen's experience encompasses a wide range of litigation and advisory work, including defending claims in medical malpractice and construction matters, managing discovery and trial preparation, and advising clients on incorporation, contracts, and general counsel matters. Her background also includes advising businesses on incorporation, contract interpretation, and risk management. She has prepared and argued motions, attended mediations and depositions, and collaborated on detailed litigation strategies designed to protect and advance her clients' interests.
An alumna of the University of New Mexico, Ms. Chen holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in General Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Management. She also completed a Foreign Exchange Program at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, concentrating on economics.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Ms. Chen is admitted to practice in New Mexico, both state and federal courts, and has admission in California.
