Zachary Ketaner is an associate in the Dallas Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., Mr. Ketaner focuses his practice on personal injury, construction defect, and wrongful death matters, representing clients in complex, high-stakes litigation from inception through resolution. His experience includes handling a wide range of claims involving serious bodily injury, construction-related disputes, and fatal accidents.
Throughout his practice, Mr. Ketaner has managed all phases of litigation while working to evaluate liability, assess damages, and position matters for efficient resolution or trial when necessary. Additionally, he has handled substantial caseloads and has extensive experience taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, including medical, engineering, and OSHA experts. He regularly drafts and argues dispositive and discovery-related motions, coordinates with experts regarding causation and damages, and negotiates settlements through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes. Mr. Ketaner has also prepared matters for trial, including developing litigation strategy, preparing witnesses, and assisting in courtroom proceedings.
In 2019, Mr. Ketaner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Sam Houston State University.
