The Business Transactions & M&A group, co-chaired by Michael Clouser and Mark Clouser has decades of experience handling transactions on behalf of businesses and high net worth individuals.

Our Private Equity & Securities team serves as counsel to private equity companies in fund formation, private placements and investor subscriptions, deal structuring, and financing.
