Ms. Sellers is dedicated to defending hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers in healthcare liability litigation and regulatory matters. Her broad practice also includes professional malpractice, business litigation, construction disputes, and personal injury litigation. A Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family Law Mediator, Ms. Sellers is known for her excellent communication skills and her ability to navigate complex legal issues, a hallmark of her career that has included arguing significant appellate matters before the Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Court of Appeals.
Ms. Sellers's distinguished service to the legal community is a testament to her commitment to the development of the legal profession. In addition to her role as President of the Tennessee Bar Association, she has served as President of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, President of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Fellows, and was also a two-year President of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association. She is a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and remains deeply involved in numerous local and state bar organizations.
