Kurt Greve

Greve brings a nationally recognized practice focused on toxic tort, products liability, mass tort litigation, and complex commercial disputes. He has developed coordinated national defense strategies in asbestos, cosmetic talc, mining, and other scientifically intensive litigation while representing manufacturers and insurers throughout the country. His work combines sophisticated legal strategy with an extensive understanding of mineralogy, geology, industrial hygiene, epidemiology, pulmonology, and other scientific disciplines that increasingly drive modern toxic tort litigation.
His experience developing national coordinating counsel strategies, preparing scientific experts, coordinating multidisciplinary defense teams, and challenging complex causation theories further strengthens QPWB’s ability to manage high-exposure litigation on behalf of manufacturers and insurers.

Kimberly Slay

Licensed in New York, Minnesota, and Louisiana, Slay brings more than three decades of litigation, regulatory, and executive leadership experience. Her practice includes commercial litigation, tax controversy, governmental affairs, products liability, and toxic tort matters, representing clients across the manufacturing, mining, insurance, maritime, and commercial sectors.
While Slay will support the firm’s products liability practice, her addition significantly expands QPWB’s ability to serve many of the same corporate clients in adjacent practice areas. Her experience enables the firm to provide more comprehensive representation by addressing the commercial, regulatory, governmental, and business disputes that frequently accompany complex litigation.

Lejla Blagojevic
Technical Specialist
Further strengthening the team’s scientific capabilities is Lejla Blagojevic, whose addition provides clients with an uncommon combination of laboratory and litigation experience. Before joining QPWB, Lejla spent more than fourteen years at Bureau Veritas, one of the nation’s premier accredited asbestos analytical laboratories, where she advanced from laboratory analyst to Operations Manager and Project Manager overseeing asbestos testing operations, laboratory quality, and complex analytical projects. During her tenure, she developed her expertise under the leadership of Alan Segrave, one of the country’s leading authorities in asbestos microscopy and materials characterization. Her firsthand understanding of laboratory operations, analytical methodologies, accreditation standards, and asbestos testing protocols provides the firm’s attorneys with an exceptional technical resource in defending asbestos, cosmetic talc, and other scientifically intensive products liability matters.
