Known for her strategic litigation style and success in high-exposure cases involving complex medical issues, Hamann has represented manufacturers, distributors, and commercial entities in state and federal courts. She is a Vanderbilt Law graduate and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® for her work in Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation.

Rachel Shelstad, a Partner in the firm’s Las Vegas hub, brings over 10 Years of litigation experience to QPWB. She focuses exclusively on general liability, personal injury, and insurance-related matters, including bad faith and subrogation. With more than 40 trials to her name and prior experience as a senior trial attorney for a major insurance carrier, Shelstad adds a formidable trial presence and deep industry insight to the team.

Laina Leavitt, also joining as a Partner in Las Vegas, she has led general liability practice groups with over a decade of experience. She has a proven track record of over 50 jury trials, successfully defending insurance carriers and their insureds in high-stakes personal injury, complex civil litigation, and premises liability cases. Licensed in Nevada, Leavitt is known for her results-oriented case management and strategic litigation leadership.
