Mr. Keys, a Partner in the Chicago office, will share this leadership role with fellow Co-Chair and Chicago Partner Anthony Schumann.

Mr. Keys is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy industry, specializing in corporate compliance, ethics, and governance. His elevation to Co-Chair reflects his exceptional leadership qualities, deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and commitment to providing exceptional client service. His experience in both legal and business settings makes him uniquely qualified to lead the BRD in developing and implementing innovative strategies to address the evolving challenges faced by businesses in today's complex regulatory environment.

His in-house experience in executive leadership at some of the largest companies in the country is also extremely valuable. His ability as an attorney is unmatched, but it's his ability in business development and growth that will benefit our firm, this division, and our clients well into the future.

Mr. Keys holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian History from Princeton University. He completed certifications in Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, and the Strategic HR Management Program from the Harvard University School of Business Administration - Executive Education. Mr. Keys previously co-chaired the Corporate Governance Compliance and Ethics component of the American Bar Association Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section (ABA-IRIS).
