This expansion strengthens QPWB’s presence in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, with a special focus on serving clients in the region, state and into Idaho. The office will be led by experienced litigator Kevin Gillispie, who will serve as the San Francisco Bay Hub’s Managing Partner.

With over two decades of experience in construction litigation and beyond, Gillispie brings a wealth of knowledge to QPWB’s growing Construction Defect practice. He has represented developers, general contractors, and companies in both legal disputes and as outside general counsel, advising on contract preparation, risk management, and corporate formalities. His leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm’s ability to serve clients in the construction and insurance sectors across the region.
