QPWB Introduces ERISA & Employee Benefits Practice with The Addition of Three New Offices

Columbus, OH. Charleston, WV. Pittsburgh, PA – Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), a leading national litigation law firm, is proud to announce the opening of three new offices, effective Monday, February 3rd, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio; Charleston, West Virginia; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This strategic expansion brings QPWB's total number of locations to 46, further solidifying its commitment to providing difference-making legal defense services across the nation.

The new hubs will be anchored by a significant enhancement to the firm's ERISA & Employee Benefits Practice Group. Seasoned attorney Robert D'Anniballe Jr. will serve as Managing Partner of the Columbus, Ohio, and Charleston, West Virginia, hubs and will lead the expansion of our ERISA & Employee Benefits services.

Mr. D'Anniballe Jr. brings a wealth of experience to QPWB, having represented clients in a variety of ERISA and employee benefits matters. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of this constantly evolving area of law. A seasoned attorney, Mr. D’Anniballe’s practice focuses keenly on ERISA and Employee Benefits matters as well as corporate, complex commercial, financial, and professional liability. He has a built a practice representing actuaries and other employee benefit professionals. His background includes advising plan sponsors of pension, retirement, and health and welfare plans on fiduciary duty matters along with corporate governance, D&O, financial disclosure, and other related matters.

Also joining D’Anniballe in our expansion of the ERISA & Employee Benefits Practice is Associate Attorney Sydney Croft, who will have a key role in helping us deliver exceptional legal assistance out of the Pittsburg, PA office.. Croft joins QPWB with a background in commercial litigation, labor and employment law, employee benefits compliance, professional liability, and wealth preservation. She has experience working on a variety of legal matters, including municipal legal matters and complex litigation cases. Croft is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has earned multiple certifications in ERISA compliance and related areas.

Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs): Providing strategic legal counsel for employee-owned companies, including one of the largest in the country, ensuring compliance, valuation, and operational efficiency.

National ERISA Counsel: Managing numerous high stakes cases across the U.S. and internationally, addressing actuarial disputes, withdrawal liability, and underfunding issues with claimed damages often exceeding $100 million.
