Michael Connery brings decades of litigation and resolution experience to QPWB, as well as a longstanding relationship with the firm. “My relationship with QPWB goes back more than two decades, beginning with Eric Boyer and our work together on behalf of the nation’s largest retailer,” said Connery. “Since then, I’ve seen firsthand the firm’s consistent dedication to client solutions across complex matters involving major corporations and insurers.”

The Settlement Counsel model developed by Connery provides clients with a focused, strategic approach to resolving litigation outside of the courtroom. This service is designed to operate in tandem with trial counsel or independently, depending on the needs of the matter.
