MIAMI ― Trelvis D. Randolph, a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., began his second consecutive term as president and executive board member of the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association. The organization serves the Miami-Dade legal community and profession by cultivating excellence and inclusion, promoting diversity in legal education through financial assistance and mentorship and advocating for equal access, equal opportunity and equal justice in the legal system. www.wdfjba.org/
During his first term, Mr. Randolph focused on the right to protest in the wake of the George Floyd civil rights movement, recognition of the contributions of women to the legal profession and collaborating with local attorneys to present a community law series on various legal topics.
Mr. Randolph has been an active volunteer and key supporter of numerous community, charitable and civic organizations. He also serves as board vice chair of SAVE, Inc. He has served two prior terms as president of the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association in 2017 and in 2020. This year, he proudly steps into this role once again and hopes to enhance and expand the Association’s culture of generosity. “Every community benefits when there is a shared mission of giving back and making a difference in the lives of others.”

Trelvis D. Randolph, a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., received his law degree in 1999 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is a United States Army veteran and has served as an infantry soldier and in his home state as a Reserve of the Tennessee Army National Guard.
Mr. Randolph is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida. His practice focuses on all matters relating to general liability litigation, including cases involving claims of personal injury from automobile accidents, slips and falls, negligent security, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice defense, nursing home and assisted living facilities malpractice, insurance coverage issues and retail, restaurant and hospitality industry defense. Mr. Randolph handles first-party property representations for residential and commercial property coverage actions; he has extensive litigation experience regarding fact witnesses, corporate representatives, general physicians and specialized health care providers.
