QPWB PARTNER WINS SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR GEORGIA HORSE RANCH

BLUE RIDGE, Ga. ― Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., Atlanta trial attorneys were granted a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of their client, a horse ranch operating in Fannin County, Georgia. Initially, a Motion to Dismiss was filed which was converted to a Motion for Summary Judgment. QPWB successfully argued that the client’s waiver documents and the Georgia Equine Activities Act barred suit against the client, and the Court agreed – granting the Motion for Summary Judgment.
