He joins the firm’s San Francisco Bay Hub immediately, deepening QPWB’s California bench across complex civil litigation, insurance coverage, professional liability, employment, and transactional matters. 

This expansion reinforces QPWB’s strategic investment in the West Coast and reflects an attorney workforce that has more than doubled over the past four years to well over 600 attorneys nationally.

Tad A. Devlin joins QPWB as a Partner in the San Francisco Bay Hub, bringing nearly 30 years of experience as a trial attorney specializing in complex civil litigation. His practice spans professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, ERISA and Life-Health-Disability matters, real estate, and employment law. Mr. Devlin has served as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts for major insurers, corporations, and individuals, and previously served as Managing Partner at his former firm.
