QPWB’s Sports and Entertainment practice group is co-chaired by industry experts, Mark Clouser and Michael Clouser. The Clousers, who co-founded and operated their own sports agency and management company prior to arriving at QPWB, bring a significant breadth and depth of experience in the representation of prominent professional and amateur sports clients, entertainers, influencers, and other celebrities handling contract negotiations, talent agent agreements, marketing and endorsement contracts, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) deals, influencer contracts, music production agreements, media contracts, film production contracts, sponsorship agreements, as well as, offering business and legal advice to their clients in the formation and governance of both for-profit and not for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable corporate entities and estate planning.

The practice group has certified agents in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, and Major League Baseball. The group serves as personal attorneys and agents for its clients.
