QPWB's Summer Law Clerk Program
Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) is a national Am Law 200 defense firm with a deep bench in insurance defense and complex litigation. Each year, we select hard-working, talented law students to join our Summer Law Clerk Program — a hands-on, high-mentorship experience designed to accelerate practical skills and professional judgment.

What You'll Do At QPWB
Research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on live matters
Support discovery (document review, analysis, and preparation)
Assist with trial prep and case strategy projects
Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences
Participate in client/ witness prep and interviews (under attorney supervision)
Collaborate on special projects across practice groups and offices
Program Details
Dates: May-August 2026 (10 weeks)
Locations: Multiple QPWB offices nationwide including Orlando, Miami, Denver, Los Angeles/Glendale, New York, Chicago, etc.
Schedule: Full-time, in-office with occasional court/field attendance
Compensation: Hourly Compensation, discuss with your interviewer for more details
