Alexis R. Dostie is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., handling business and commercial litigation and focusing in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance defense litigation, construction accident claims, motor vehicle negligence, product liability, premises liability, and negligent security matters.

Before joining QPWB, she was an associate attorney with a Miami law office representing student and professional athletes in various arenas including NBA, MLB, NCAA and NFL. Ms. Dostie participated in administrative sports appeals, drafted specialized contracts for professional athletes and professional chefs, and litigated high-profile divorce and paternity matters.

Ms. Dostie received her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2021 and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in History from Boston College in May 2018.

She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
