Daniel E. Sobel is an associate in the Tampa office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Sobel focuses his practice in the areas of general liability and insurance defense relating to first-party property claims, including personal injury actions, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death matters.  His practice involves handling automotive negligence, premises liability, negligent security, and product liability matters.

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Sobel was an associate attorney with an insurance defense law office in Coral Springs, Florida, where he managed civil litigation cases consisting of general liability and first-party property matters on behalf of insurance companies.

Mr. Sobel received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Fort Lauderdale, Florida in May 2020 and a Bachelor of Science cum laude from Florida State University in May 2017, graduating with majors in political science and Psychology. While at FSU, he was selected to serve on a legislative internship with Florida House State Representative, District 68.

Mr. Sobel is licensed to practice law in Florida.
