Diane M. Hernandez is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense, nursing home defense, workers’ compensation, and premises liability. 

Ms. Hernandez received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in May 2014 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in May 2011 graduating with a major in women’s studies. While in law school, she received the Book Award in Legal Methods II as special recognition for academic achievement.  She also served as a legal intern with QPWB, where she gained valuable experience working on claims-related litigation deposition summarizations. 

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Hernandez served as a law clerk with a prominent workers’ compensation firm in Orlando, where she gained valuable experience in the area of workers’ compensation defense. 

Ms. Hernandez is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar; she is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
