Francisco D. Saviñon, Jr. is a partner in the Louisville, Kentucky office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and represents insurers in insurance coverage, extra-contractual and bad faith litigation. Mr. Saviñon handles personal injury litigation and various types of claims including long-term care and medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, construction defect claims, and general negligence.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Saviñon was an associate practicing in the areas of civil litigation at a mid-size New York City law firm. He gained extensive experience handling a multi-facet practice that included acting as both plaintiff’s and defense counsel in a broad range of matters.
Mr. Saviñon received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, New York, in 2006 and Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University, New York in 2003. While attending law school, he was associate editor of the Syracuse Law Review and a member of the Dean’s List.
Mr. Saviñon is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and New York, and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Louisville Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
