Glenn W. Williams is a member of the Business, Financial Services & Real Estate Division at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.’s Jacksonville office. He represents creditors and lending institutions in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including mediations, bankruptcy, collections, replevins and foreclosures, including disputes arising out of virtually any real estate venture involving title insurance claims. In addition to default services related matters, for over 22 years, Mr. Williams has represented clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions; he possesses comprehensive knowledge of client’s industry, business needs, and objectives. Mr. Williams is a licensed real estate broker and title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, his practice also comprises estate planning, wills and trusts and probate matters, asset protection, corporate formation and administration.
Prior to joining QPWB, and for 16 years, Mr. Williams was founder of his law practice where he represented clients in real estate transactions and contracts, corporate matters, probate and trust law, and wills, trusts and estates. In 2000, he commenced private practice with a Miami law office representing institutional investors in commercial real estate development and handled corporate formation and administration.
Mr. Williams received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2000 and Bachelor of Music from the University of Miami in 1996.
Mr. Williams is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is also a licensed real estate broker, and member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
