Jessica C. Hankin is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing her practice on first party property insurance defense, bodily injury defense including slip and fall claims, construction accident claims, automobile liability, trucking and transportation actions, product liability, premises liability, and negligent security actions.

Ms. Hankin received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, Florida, in May 2015; she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University in May 2012. While in law school, she served as Comments Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and was a member of the mock trial team. Ms. Hankin served as a certified legal intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and as a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
