John C. Oprandi is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His practice focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury defense, wrongful death, product liability, construction law, and aviation.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Oprandi was an associate attorney with a Miami civil litigation law firm specializing in the areas of property damage and personal injury. Here, Mr. Oprandi handled an extensive caseload of bodily injury claims in the representation of insurance carriers and self-insured businesses. His experience includes securing a bench trial verdict on a breach of contract action.
Mr. Oprandi received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in May 2011 and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 2004 with a major in political science. While in law school, he received the Book Award in Florida Constitutional Law. He was a member of the Dean’s List, the Trial Team and Board of Advocates. As a law student, Mr. Oprandi obtained litigation experience while serving as a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney in Miami.
Mr. Oprandi is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
