Krystal P. Reyes is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, coverage and bad faith claims and ranging from motor vehicle negligence, personal injury protection (PIP), no-fault litigation, bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured (UM/UIM) motorists, general liability, slip and falls, premises liability, negligent security, and wrongful death matters. Ms. Reyes’ practice also includes employment litigation in the representation of employers involving allegations of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, violation of leave laws, invasion of privacy, and other matters related to this area of practice.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Reyes practiced as claims counsel for the nation’s largest independent title insurance underwriter based in Maitland, Florida where she managed claims and litigation to final resolution.

Ms. Reyes received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in December 2018 and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in May 2015.

Ms. Reyes is licensed to practice law in Florida.
