Nicole L. Marciano is an associate in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She represents medical providers and healthcare institutions in long-term health care and nursing home negligence for insurers and self-insured clients, she handles medical malpractice actions and represents physicians and other professionals in disciplinary matters before their respective licensure boards. Her practices involves attending mediations, depositions and hearings, and conducting trials on behalf of clients before both state court and federal court. Ms. Marciano’s practice also encompasses the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, premises liability, general and complex civil litigation and wrongful death actions.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Marciano was an associate attorney with a law office in Addison Texas specializing in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, where she handled medical negligence claims and represented providers before their licensing boards and in the peer review process.
Ms. Marciano received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School at Auburn Hills in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts from Gannon University, Eire, Pennsylvania in 2008. While in law school, she served as Senior Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
