Preston M. Adams is an associate in the Tampa office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Adams focuses his practice on the defense of Personal Injury Protection (PIP), fraud litigation, and first-party property claims from inception of matter through resolution.
Mr. Adams is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who has tried many cases throughout various Florida county courts. Prior to joining QPWB, he worked as a PIP litigation attorney with a Florida law office where he conducted depositions, regularly attended mediations and hearings to attain reimbursement of PIP benefits. Previously, he worked in private practice handling criminal cases, family law matters, and personal injury actions.
Mr. Adams received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012 and Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the University of Memphis in 2007, graduating with a major in History.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida.
Helping to support his community is important to Mr. Adams. He served as a lawyer referral service coordinator with the Clearwater Bar Association, where he evaluated cases and organized and maintained the status of referred cases from point of referral through case conclusion.
