Rachel L. Becich is an associate in the Chicago office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Becich is a member of the firm’s Dedicated Medicare Compliance and Workers’ Compensation Groups.  She represents companies, self-insured entities, third-party administrators and insurance carriers in defending workers’ compensation claims and in the timely identification of Medicare compliance issues.  She regularly appears before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.

Ms. Becich obtained her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University Law School, Indiana, in May 2014 and Bachelor of Science from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana in December 2002.

Prior to commencing law school and for over five years, Ms. Becich worked as an insurance defense and workers’ compensation claims litigation paralegal where she prepared large insurance defense cases for trial.  She attended case status calls at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission in Chicago and surrounding counties.

Ms. Becich is licensed to practice law in Illinois.  She is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
