Steven R. Palacio is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on first party property insurance defense litigation and third party insurance and general liability claims, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability and construction disputes. Mr. Palacio represents insurance carriers and their insureds in all phases of pretrial claims, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and post litigation.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Palacio was an associate with an Orlando law office handling civil disputes, breach of contract, personal injury matters, and evictions.

Mr. Palacio received his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in December 2019 and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Palacio is licensed to practice law in Florida.

He is fluent in Spanish.
