Stuart J. Dong is an associate in the Denver office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice in general litigation, including first party property insurance and coverage, and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Dong’s practice also includes transactional matters involving employment agreements, non-competes, purchase agreements, and drafting corporate documents.

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Dong was an associate attorney with a general practice law firm in Virginia representing national insurance companies in state and federal courts involving homeowners’ insurance claims, commercial liability, and automobile liability. His practice focused on business and contract disputes and general litigation and included, landlord/tenant commercial and residential matters involving drafting and negotiating leases, lease disputes, and evictions. He also worked as an associate with a Northern Virginia law firm focusing on personal injury and served as first-chair in a jury trial.

Mr. Dong received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in May 2018 and Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management, Provo, Utah in April 2012. While in law school, he was an associate editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (“AIPLA”) Quarterly and argued in the Rothwell Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Dong is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Virginia and Maryland (inactive).
