Valerie M. Pendino is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Ms. Pendino focuses her practices in the areas of first-party property insurance disputes, insurance defense litigation, general liability, complex commercial litigation and real estate litigation.

Previously, Ms. Pendino was an attorney with a Tampa law office specializing in creditors’ rights where she represented mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of real estate foreclosures, including title disputes.

Ms. Pendino received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida in 2009, a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida in 2004, and a Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of Florida in 2003, majoring in human resources development, with a specialization in organizational leadership. While in law school, Ms. Pendino was selected for a sports law internship position at the University of South Florida, where she assisted the Associate Director of Athletics with issues pertaining to compliance and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Ms. Pendino is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar; she is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
