William B. Brumby is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice in the areas of general liability defense, premise liability, automotive liability, bankruptcy and other default servicing legal work, including collections and foreclosures.
Since the commencement of his practice in 2011, he has represented clients in all aspects of complex consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, contractual disputes, and other state court insolvency matters. Prior to joining QPWB, he was an as associate attorney with a Tampa Bay law firm primarily focusing on bankruptcy and consumer debt related matters.
Mr. Brumby received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in May 2010 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in December 2006 with a major in political science.
Mr. Brumby is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
