Miami, FL - 1/17/2024

QPWB, a leading firm in full-service law, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jorge Riofrio to the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This strategic move comes in recognition of Jorge's exceptional contributions and leadership as the former Controller and supports the firms continued growth.

Erika Gonzalez, Accounts Payable Supervisor, highlighted Jorge's remarkable qualities as a manager and leader, stating, "Jorge is characterized by his honesty, passion, knowledge, and accessibility towards his staff. In his new role as Chief Revenue Officer, I am confident that he will continue to introduce innovative ideas that will greatly benefit the firm as a whole."

Additionally, Eric Boyer, Managing Partner at QPWB, shared insight into Jorge's impact on the team and the organization's growth trajectory. "From the moment we brought Jorge to the team as Controller, I could see that he was going to bring a new perspective to the firm when it comes to growth and optimization. Ultimately, he is an incredible addition to the team we have been building at the C-Suite level. With a focus on Finance, Marketing and Sales, and Human Resources, we are doing things collectively that other firms haven't even begun to think about."

This most recent promotion marks the third addition to the firm’s corporate management team. In March of 2023, QPWB added Devin Leonardi as Chief Marketing Officer. Then subsequently brought in Elisa Hernandez as Chief Human Resources Officer. All three additions to the C-Suite come with innovative and industry-challenging ideas that continue to drive QPWB to change the face of business defense law working in main support of their motto, “It’s All About Different.®”

Jorge expressed his excitement and positive outlook regarding the new opportunities and services that the company is exploring showcasing his personal involvement in and support for the initiatives the firm is undertaking. He shares, 'What excites me is the fact that we're opening up the firm from just being an insurance defense firm to all sorts of new opportunities and service lines. Our growth has been organic, and my role in that is very granular, picking apart the pieces that will help us continue the pace we are on. Ultimately, with time, margins just get smaller, and we have to find ways to maintain and grow simultaneously. That is my focus."

Jorge emphasized the unique culture fostered by Eric Boyer, that has allowed for autonomy without micromanagement setting the course for the path the firm is on. "Eric allows every single one of us to make progress for the firm without micromanaging by saying, ‘I trust you. Run with it.’ For Eric and the firm as a whole, that's huge, and that's not common in our industry."

QPWB is confident that Jorge's transition to Chief Revenue Officer will bring continued success and innovation to the firm, contributing to the C-Suite team, and solidifying the firm’s position as a trailblazer in the industry.
