Mr. Khanal, a seasoned Partner, and Civil Trial Board Certified Attorney, has been a key asset to the firm's Orlando practice and firm as a whole for over twenty years. He has worn many hats in his tenure and his most recent promotion holds special significance to the firm as he is the first Managing Partner to work his way through the ranks from Law Clerk marking a special dedication to the firm and his profession.

In his role as Managing Partner, Mr. Khanal will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Orlando office. With extensive experience in civil trial law, particularly in complex personal injury defense, medical malpractice, nursing home, assisted living, and premises liability cases, his twenty-plus years with the firm, as well as his military background, Robin is well-suited for this leadership position.

His leadership also extends far beyond the courtroom, as he is a sought-after national speaker and lecturer on health care, risk management, compliance challenges, and regulatory concerns.

Recognized for his dedication to the legal profession, Mr. Khanal has testified numerous times at the Florida State Capital and recently played a pivotal role in advocating for Florida's healthcare providers in the enactment of the COVID-19 Liability Immunity Law. His expertise has been acknowledged in U.S. Congressional Committee hearings, where he contributed valuable insights on Negotiated Risk Agreements in Assisted Living.

In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Khanal served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 2000, further demonstrating his commitment to service and leadership.

His impressive career includes notable cases such as Olszewski v. IHS of Central Park, Cole v. Jason Murray, PA, Myers v. Bayshore Pointe Nursing Home, and many others across Florida and other states via pro hoc vice. Mr. Khanal's dedication to the community has also been recognized by the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, where he has been repeatedly lauded with a Pro Bono Service Bronze Pin. He has also been recognized annually with a service award from Guardian ad Litem.
