David J. Demshki is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He has over 20 years of experience handling workers’ compensation defense matters and appeals before Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout California. He represents self-insured employers, public and private employers, insurance carriers and third party adjusting agencies. Mr.  Demshki has carried a varied caseload of matters throughout his practice including the representation of government and public safety employees, large-loss cases, including California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) defenses.

Mr. Demshki commenced private practice in 1994 representing civil rights cases and class action matters. In 2002, he commenced his workers’ compensation practice with a California law firm specializing in defending employers against workers’ compensations claims and handling claim appeals throughout the State. Mr. Demshki has represented insurance carriers and employers across California in workers’ compensation claims with various law firms.

Mr. Demshki received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Claremont McKenna College, California. While in law school, he served as Articles Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.

Mr. Demshki is licensed to practice law in California.
