Madeline C. Kuluz is an associate in the Louisville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her practice is focused on insurance defense and general liability for property and personal injury claims including motor vehicle liability, premise liability, product liability, and negligent security matters. Ms. Kuluz’s practice is emphasized in the representation of long-term care facilities, medical malpractice claims, physicians and allied health providers.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Kuluz was an associate attorney with a general civil litigation firm in Covington, Kentucky, where she handled mass and toxic tort litigation and insurance defense matters. She worked in a national and local counsel asbestos defense role for a fortune 100 company on cases regarding talc litigation for a large cosmetic company, collaborated in multi-jurisdictional trials and negotiated settlements. Ms. Kuluz’s experience also includes insurance defense litigation, estate planning, contract drafting, and personal injury defense.

Ms. Kuluz received her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in May 2018 and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Southern Mississippi in May 2015.

She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky.
