Noel G. Berrios is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Berrios focuses his practice on cases pertaining to property and personal injury claims including first-party property claims for commercial and personal lines, negligence including wrongful death matters and catastrophic injury claims, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and intentional torts. His practice also is emphasized in nursing home defense litigation and medical malpractice claims.

Mr. Berrios gained valuable experience prior to joining QPWB. He worked as an associate attorney with an Orlando law office where he worked on breach of contract matters. He managed jury trials and argued dispositive motions as an assistant public defender at the Office of the Public Defender in Orlando.

Mr. Berrios received his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in May 2021 and Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Central Florida in May 2018. While in law school, he was a team member of the FAMU Law Moot Court.

He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Berrios is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.

He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
