Desiree I. Quintana is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Quintana focuses her practice in the areas of first party and third party property insurance defense litigation. Her practice involves representing insurers and insureds with claims related to windstorm, hurricane, sinkhole, water, mold, flood, fire, arson, and other property damage claims stemming from insurance coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and the application of policy exclusions.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Quintana was an associate with a personal injury law firm in Hollywood, Florida. She defended plaintiffs’ depositions and negotiated and settled disputes with insurance companies.
Ms. Quintana received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in May 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in criminology and political science from Florida State University in May 2016.
Ms. Quintana is licensed to practice law in Florida.
She is fluent in Spanish.
