Linda E. Gonzales is an associate in the New Orleans office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense and coverage matters, general liability claims involving property and personal injury claims, construction defect, motor vehicle negligence, catastrophic injury arising from various alleged torts, negligent security, wrongful death claims, and other negligence and tort claims. She is skilled in all phases of the litigation process, including pretrial pleading and motion practice - including motions to strike, motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine. She has experience with trial preparation, participated in mediations, has propounded and responded to all forms of written discovery, and conducted depositions.
