Whitney L. Gibbs is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice on defending individuals and entities in civil litigation involving general liability, insurance coverage matters, including personal injury, slip and fall, and premises liability.
Prior to joining QPWB, she was an attorney with a full service law firm headquartered in Atlanta and specializing in the areas of insurance defense where she handled civil litigation matters involving all her areas of practice. Earlier in her career she served as an assistant public defender in DeKalb County and the Flint Judicial Circuit in McDonough, Georgia where she tried more than a dozen felony and misdemeanor cases. She commenced her legal career as a staff attorney with a criminal defense law firm in Georgia and tried over ten misdemeanor jury trials.
Ms. Gibbs received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2010 and Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University in May 2005. While in law school, she served on the moot court team and was also selected as Outstanding Public Interest Law Student.
Ms. Gibbs is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
