Daniel R. Mowrey is an associate in the Denver office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He manages a wide variety of complex litigation for nationwide clients in the areas of insurance defense, coverage and bad faith litigation, general liability, business and commercial litigation, labor and employment, as well as corporate transactions, including partnership agreements, termination agreements, and non-compete agreements. Mr. Mowrey represents companies and insurance carriers in pre-suit through appeal, in multiple areas of law. He prepares coverage opinions and negotiates agreements on a wide variety of topics throughout the country; and provides legal advice and is business counsel to multiple industries including technology, transportation, entertainment, and public relations.
Since 2014, he has represented public and private sector clients in mitigating risk and advanced business objectives handling risk, crises, claims, and litigation. Mr. Mowrey’s experience includes serving as a first- and second-chair trial attorney in both Arizona and Colorado courts. Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Mowrey was an associate attorney with two law firms in Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona, representing nationwide clients in all of his current areas of practice throughout litigation, including post-trial and appeals, and participating in complex settlement negotiations and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Mowrey received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in May 2013 and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sports Communication from Indiana University in May 2010.
He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Arizona and is a Certified Public Policy Mediator.
