Quentin A. Daniels is an associate in the Jackson, Mississippi office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Daniels’ practice focuses on complex litigation, commercial general liability, first-party property and insurance defense litigation, casualty and personal injury matters, automotive negligence, premises liability, and products liability.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Daniels worked as an attorney with a Jackson, Mississippi law office handling insurance defense and civil litigation matters. Previously, and for over 25 years, he has worked with other Jackson, Mississippi law firms as a trial attorney and in the capacity of partner, in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and product and mass tort claims. His experience includes serving as a visiting professor at the Mississippi College School of Law, where he taught Torts I and II, Legal Drafting, and a seminar on Expert Witnesses.
Mr. Daniels received his Juris Doctor, with special distinction, from Mississippi College School of Law in 1996, a Master of Arts in English from Southern Illinois University in 1989 and graduated from Delta State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in English. While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Daniels is licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
